Brief
The duo began their journey in the restaurant industry with the opening of Central Park Bistro in San Mateo, a restaurant dedicated to serving gourmet American food since 2007. Lucca then founded West Park Bistro in 2014, Pasha Mediterranean in 2017, and Mediterranean Kitchen in 2019. Giorgio founded Park & Howard Bistro in 2017. Lucca and Giorgio are excited to utilize their expertise to bring guests the perfect dining experience at Taurus Steakhouse.
